You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms

TR4D3 uses a one-time payment model. Each training session is paid for individually. Refunds are subject to the viability gate policy — sessions that fail the viability gate are not charged. For sessions that pass, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

You may not use our service for market manipulation, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.

TR4D3 is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee trading profits or returns. Past model performance does not guarantee future results. Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss.

TR4D3 shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our models or service.
